1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer, with familiarity in manufacturing processes of data center products.
3. Proficient in written English and able to communicate in basic spoken English.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software; skilled in preparing process-related documents such as SOP, DFM, and PFMEA.
5. Familiar with various types of data center infrastructure, such as precision air-conditioning systems, with understanding of cooling principles and airflow organization to ensure proper temperature and humidity control in server rooms; knowledgeable about UPS systems, including battery selection, charging methods, output power parameters, and ensuring stable power supply.
6. Knowledgeable in data center structured cabling, including cable types, performance, and standards; able to design efficient and rational cabling solutions; familiar with installation and configuration procedures for servers and storage equipment, as well as data center management systems, ensuring effective monitoring and management of facilities and environment.
7. Must understand data center fire protection systems, including fire alarm systems, extinguishing equipment selection and layout; familiar with physical security measures such as access control and surveillance system design and installation.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
